Rolling in Rock Hill

Rolling in Rock Hill provides a wonderful opportunity for city government, churches, businesses, civic organizations, and citizens to work together to make Rock Hill a great place to live. The Pioneers are part of a team of hundreds of volunteers who work in teams to paint the houses of those who are either physically or financially unable to do it themselves.
