As I vacation this week at Myrtle Beach I’m reminded of another trip my wife Sandy and I made to the seaside resort. Many years ago the IT group held a meeting for client companies to address upcoming enhancements to their Service Order Management System. We got to meet colleagues from Horry, Farmers, and Thunder Bay telcos to name just a few.
It’s pretty appropriate that memory comes up this week, because each of the client companies had a vote for which enhancement or feature would be most beneficial to them.
