Frank Jr joined the company after return from World War II. Many people were wanting telephone service and we couldn’t find enough equipment to hook everyone up. We had many coming into the office to complain about the lack of service. My dad, Frank Jr., asked his dad, Frank Sr., if it was always this bad.
