This is one of my favorite interactions with a customer. Back in 2010 you could take pictures and videos and audio recordings, but getting it off of your phone onto another format was like performing a miracle. This gentleman had a recording of his mom playing the piano on his phone and wanted to play it at her funeral. I was able to email it to him and he was able to get it onto a CD for the services. It was a great feeling!
