DAY 4
I have given blood here and there before joining the Comporium Pioneers. I have the blood type o+ (and the big “Can’t Miss Veins”) that is always in high demand and so donating is something easy that I can do to help save a life. What started out as donating once in a blue moon became more regularly thanks to the four blood drives the Comporium Pioneers will hold throughout the year. Taking less than 30 minutes out of my day to see co-workers I don’t often communicate with, seeing the friendly employees from the blood companies and the feeling that I can save up to 3 lives with each donation – makes rolling up my sleeves worth it.
