In 1984, my Mom and I went together to apply for a job at Rock Hill Telephone, I got a job in set repair but she didn’t get hired on. A few years later I was transferred to the company switchboard and I worked at that position for about 12 years until transferring to Traffic Administration. After a few years at that job, I became Louis Ridinger’s Secretary and remained in that position until he retired, and my job was no longer needed. So, I transferred again, becoming a Converter Inventory clerk. When an opportunity opened in Media Services I applied and now work as Data Entry clerk. After many years I finally joined the Comporium Pioneer Club. I love my job and hope to make it there until I retire in another 10 years or so.
