About the Comporium Pioneer Club
Who We Are
The Catawba Pioneer Club was chartered in 1971 with John M. Barnes, Sr., serving as the first club president. The name was changed to the Comporium Pioneer club in 2003. The Club now has more than 600 local members who participate in community service projects in Rock Hill, Fort Mill and Lancaster, SC.

About ITPA
The Comporium Pioneer Club is a local member of the national ITPA. The Independent Telecommunications Pioneer Association (ITPA) is a non-profit, volunteer organization created by the telecommunications industry.
The ITPA is dedicated to community service and has been serving the public for nearly 100 years. The organization consists of clubs across the United States that preserve the history of telephony and promote telecommunications and community service via their current, former and retired employees.
